Lauren and I go way-hey-hey-hey back! She grabbed my attention when she was just a first year student at The MTA. There was something so quirky and confident and intriguing about her, I simply couldn't take my eyes off her. It was a privilege to watch her develop through school and when the time came I knew I wanted to represent her.
A native Mancunian, family is really important to Lauren and I feel like over the four years we'e been working together she's adopted me into her extended family. She's always up for a challenge which makes her exactly the right type of client for me! I'll never forget calling her while she was elbow deep in dirty dishes in her kitchen job to tell her that not only would she be going on the #1 tour of The Band, the Take That musical, but that she would also be making her West End debut in the same role: one of our "greatest days" indeed (see what I did there?)
As well as being an outstanding mezzo, terrific dancer with excellent tap, a dab hand at stage combat, a juggler, a flautist and a puppeteer she also has wonderful onscreen presence. Plus, she makes me laugh constantly and that's really quite an achievement.
Lauren played Young Zoe in the UK Tour and West End tranfer of The Band.
The Snow Queen
Lauren played the lead role of Gerda in The Snow Queen at the Hertford Theatre.
